Sony has launched a new service for the
PlayStation Store, which will allow users to pre-purchase, download and pre-install games ahead of their official release. This means that when the game is released, players can simply sit down to play. Other digital distribution platforms such as
Steam have previously allowed users to do this, but this is a useful upgrade for PlayStation owners.
Players do not have long to wait to test out this service as
Sorcery will take advantage of it next week.Sorcery is a puzzle-based, action RPG title which will utilise the Move controller. It will be released on May 22nd in North America and May 23rd in Europe.
